Fairfield Iowa has a wealth of creative energy and several local galleries and instructors are teaming up to share that energy. This is your opportunity to take a mini art vacation and study with some of the most talented instructors in the region. Take time to relax, focus on your creativity and expand your artistic experiences in a variety of styles and mediums.

Our Instructors:
Donna Colby is the owner and director of Flying Leap
Art Space. She received her education in painting and
illustration at Rhode Island School of Design and has been
an artist, writer, and art teacher for decades.
Ken Dubin started STUDIO 210 in the West Loop area
of Chicago. Clients include the Spertus Museum, Chicago
Holocaust Society, Adler Planetarium, Chicago Historical
Society, Chicago Architecture Foundation, New Orleans
Art Institute, the Racine Art Museum in Wisconsin, PS1 in
New York.
Gin Lammert has been working with soft pastels since
1995, creating award winning portraits, Landscapes and
still lifes. She is member of Mid America Pastel Society.
John Preston, a very well know midwest artist, is a
master of watercolor and pastel. John has works in many
private & corporate collections and exhibits regularly at
Olsen Larson Gallery in Des Moines.
Wendy Read is an accomplished fiber artist. She is a
member of Iowa Art Quilters Guild, Professional Art Quilt
Alliance, America Quilters Society & International Quilt
Association.
Bill Teeple is one of the most popular art teachers in
Fairfield. He has been teaching all levels of art from beginning
to college graduate level in Fairfield since 1998.
Ken West teaches digital photography at the college
level and last year was invited to teach a workshop at the
National Center for Nature Photography.
